Initially, we were called to this project to address poor drainage and grading. The client is in the direct path of his neighbor’s water runoff. We were charged with extending the clean modern interior to the outside all while addressing the complicated slope and drainage issues of the site. The result was a sleek exterior space outfit with a custom water feature, step up patio, fire pit, retention wall doubling as extra seating, outdoor kitchen with ipe inlay and matching laser cut metal backsplash. We softened the area with gorgeous Campana planters filled with junipers and delicate artificial turf.
